How can I contact Cheoni?

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries.

Where do you ship from?

We ship orders from our main fulfillment centers, depending on stock availability and your location.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we work to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After 12 hours, we are usually unable to modify or cancel it, but you can still return your order for a refund once it arrives according to our return policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the order date and shipped the next business day after processing. Please allow a little extra time during holidays, product launches, or sale periods.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times vary by destination. In most cases, orders arrive within 7 to 10 days after shipment. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please get in touch with us at support@cheoni.com. Once we investigate, you may be eligible for a replacement or a full refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.

How do I return an item?


If you would like to return your order, please email support@cheoni.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

When will I receive my refund?


All refunds are issued back to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund is typically processed by your card-issuing bank within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return or approve the cancellation. If you have not seen the credit yet, please first check with your bank or card issuer, as processing times can vary.
